At Emirithub.ae, we are dedicated to delivering your premium footwear and accessories with speed and care. We currently provide delivery services exclusively within the United Arab Emirates.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Order Processing Time

Verification: All orders are subject to a processing period of 1 to 2 business days.

Schedule: Processing occurs Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or UAE public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Confirmation: You will receive an email and/or SMS notification once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
2. Delivery Timelines
We strive to get your products to you as quickly as possible through our local courier partners:

Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman: Typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours after processing.

Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, and Fujairah: Typically delivered within 2 to 3 business days.

Remote Areas: Deliveries to far-reaching areas may take up to 5 business days.
3. Shipping Rates

Standard Delivery: A flat shipping fee of 20 AED applies to all orders below a certain threshold.

Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Delivery on all orders over 300 AED.
4. Delivery Requirements

Contact Information: A valid UAE mobile number is mandatory for all orders. Our courier partners will contact you via call or WhatsApp to coordinate the exact delivery time.

Address Details: Please ensure your delivery address is complete, including villa/apartment number, street name, and community area.

ID Requirement: For high-value orders or credit card payments, the courier may request to see a valid Emirates ID or Passport to verify the recipient.
5. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your order up to three times.

If you are unavailable during these attempts or do not respond to the courier’s contact, the order will be returned to our warehouse. A re-delivery fee may apply to send the package out again.
6. Order Tracking
While we do not provide external links, you can track your order status directly within your account dashboard on our storefront. If you have questions about your package's location, our support team is available to provide real-time updates.
