Return and Refund Policy
1. Return Period
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. After this 14-day window, we are unable to accept return requests or offer refunds.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To ensure a successful return, items must meet the following requirements:

Condition: The product must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

Packaging: Items must be in their original manufacturer packaging with all protective stickers, tags, and labels still attached.

Documentation: A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify our support team within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a complimentary pickup and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

Items purchased during Clearance or Final Sale events.

Personalized or custom-made products.

Socks or undergarments if the original seal has been broken.
5. The Refund Process

Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a quality check by our warehouse team.

Approval: We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition.

Payment Method: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Processing Time: Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's policies.
6. Shipping Costs

Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you no longer want it, a flat return shipping fee of 15 AED will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover courier collection costs within the UAE.

Exchanges: We currently offer a one-time free exchange for size issues, subject to stock availability.
